It’s easier to build the habits that lead to a pain free lifestyle than it is to find a new solution every time you get hurt.

The way your body feels today is a result of your habits.⁠

Take a moment to think about the way your body feels RIGHT NOW.⁠

Do you feel supple and ready to move at a moment’s notice in any direction, quickly or slowly?⁠

Do you feel stiff and tired?⁠

Do you feel light on your feet?⁠

Are you in constant pain that fluctuates with movement?⁠⁠

Do you feel confident in your body and your ability to express yourself physically?⁠

If you’re not satisfied with the way your body feels - that’s largely due to your habits.⁠

Sitting at a desk or in a car most of the day takes its toll.⁠

Rarely getting sunlight makes you feel poorly.

Not exercising and putting your muscles and cardiovascular system under stress makes them weak and vulnerable to injury and disease.⁠
