KEEP IT SIMPLE!
- Sleep ~8 hours/day
- Eat mostly whole foods and get plenty of protein
- Do resistance training
- Do cardiovascular training
- Get sunlight in the morning and evenings and make sure you get at least 30 minutes throughout the day
- Stay hydrated
- Spend time with people you love
